Holly Potvin, the founder, has been quilting for 29 years. A longarm quilter since 2001, servicing customers since 2003, when Bear Hollow Quilt Company was established.   Holly is retired from corporate America and spends her days pursuing her passion - quilting & sharing her enthusiasm for quilting with others. 

Holly's quilt "Santa Bring Me Quilts", which may be viewed in our gallery and at the studio took second place in the Holiday Category in the 2004 national Moda Challenge competition.

In 2008, when Gammill redesigned the software for the Statler Stitcher, Holly became a Certified Creative Studio Trainer. Over 3000 computerized quilting designs are available for you to choose from with more added monthly.

We have a Gammill Premier on an 8 ft table, ideal for the free-hander who works on wall and lap quilts, & 2 Gammill Statler Stitcher Optimum Plus machines. This cadre of machines allows us to complete most customer quilts within 2 weeks of arrival.  

Bear Hollow Quilt Company is a one woman show.  Holly does all the quilting herself.
