A. Quilts may be hung in several different ways. See Care Instructions for detailed directions on hanging. Many or our quilts come with a hanging sleeve already sewn into the back.

Q. How do I keep my quilts from fading?

A. All fabric will fade with time. Keeping your quilt out of direct sunlight and washing only as needed will help to slow the process. Contemporary fabric manufacturing and dye processes result in far brighter and more durable colors than you find in antique quilts. Only time will tell how they will fade with age.


Q. I have a thick mattress on my bed. Will a queen size quilt fit?

A. When it comes to bed quilts, we recommend you order a custom quilt. Our quilts are generally made with a 15-inch drop. Whether you intend to use a dust ruffle or not alters your needs. Please measure the height of your mattress from the floor and contact us for discussion of your needs.
